Logging in, Usernames and Passwords

If you know your Administrator username and password, go to http://projectconnect.telecompioneers.org/ and log in under Administrator Login.

Administrators include: Pioneers and Entity Contacts.

Here Administrators have access to:

• Register and/or update entity(s)
• Register and/or edit contact(s) under an entity
• Register and/or update user(s)
• Approve, Edit, or Deny Pending User Accounts

If you do not know your Administrator username and password, have forgotten it, or do not have one follow the instructions below:

1. Launch your Internet browser and type in the address http://projectconnect.telecompioneers.org/.
   
2. At the Login screen, enter your username and password (if known) and click the <Log In> button.
   
3. If you have forgotten your password, OR if you have never had login credentials before within the TelecomPioneers database, click the "Forgot your password?" link below the username and password entry boxes.
   
4. Click the <Log In> link to continue.
   
5. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address. If your e-mail address is in TCP's database your username and new password will be sent to you at the address you provided.
   
6. If you do not have a username and password in our database, but have an e-mail address on file, you will be given the opportunity to create a username and password.
   
7. If your e-mail address is not recognized or is not on file, you will be directed to contact the TelecomPioneers Resource Center for further assistance. At that point, you will be assisted in the creation of a new account.
